Required Specialty and Experience

• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check
• OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check
• PA Child Abuse Clearance (within 30 days)
• Pennsylvania Access to Criminal History (PATCH) check (within 30 days)
• Fingerprinting as required by state and department

• All documentation must be uploaded into the Trinity VMS system as required.
• Declinations for vaccines are not accepted for CA or IL (not applicable here but noted).

• Drug screen must be completed and resulted before start date with Medical Review Officer (MRO) signature.
• American Heart Association certifications (BLS, ACLS) must include front and back images of the card with expiration dates.
