Active California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred (mentorship available if experience is limited)

Ability to float to a sister facility within walking distance may be required

Duties

Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
Complete documentation according to facility standards
