Job Opportunity: Med/Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Grove City, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot): Required; positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year or 5 years depending on region.
• Varicella: Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab report required.
• Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work.
• Drug Screen: 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start date (no THC).

Professional & Compliance Requirements

• Criminal Background Check: Federal, nationwide, county checks covering last 7 years, dated within 30 days of start.
• Education Verification: Highest academic degree or diploma/GED verified by third party screening.
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) Check: Within 30 days of start.
• GSA/OIG Exclusion Check: Within 30 days of start.
