Job Opportunity: RN - Women's Services (Travel)
Location: Lander, Wyoming

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to care team, physicians, patients, and families.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharge, referrals, and psychosocial support.
- Provide patient and family education tailored to age, culture, and condition.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
- Circulate during C-sections and assist physicians during deliveries.
- Follow policies for recovery and care of surgical patients.
- Attend neonatal station in C-section suite and assess neonates post-delivery.
- Maintain fetal monitoring certification every two years.
- Attend STABLE certification class if offered; must be NRP certified.
- Identify and communicate necessary information to physicians and patients.
- May be required to float to other units as a helper or sitter depending on census.
Required Certifications
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- STABLE certification
- AWHONN certification
Licensure
- Wyoming RN license or multi-state RN license required.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years recent RN experience in Level 1 Nursery, Postpartum, OB/GYN, and Labor & Delivery (LDRP).
- Experience may include care of OB/GYN patients (post-op hysterectomy), antepartum care, triage, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.

- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
- Candidate may be required to float to other units as needed.
- Facility uses fetal monitoring and neonatal care certifications.
- Work schedule, EMR system, and other operational details to be provided during interview.
