Job Opportunity: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Location: Victoria, Texas
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Assist with the performance of imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and judgment.
• Perform studies timely under the direction of the Cardiologist, Chief Technologist, or Director of Imaging Services.
• Patient ratio is 1:1.
• Worksite uses EMR systems: Medhost and MacLab.
• Scrub color provided.
• Facility has 2 beds in the Cath Lab.

Schedule

• Shift: Days, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
• Call: 7 days every other week.
• No 48-hour option.
• No block scheduling.
• Maximum return to office (RTO) is 3 days.

Requirements

• RCIS certification required.
• BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility.
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
