Job Opportunity: RN Care Manager - Hospice

Location: Americus, Georgia

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday
2 to 3 on-call nights per week
Weekend backup support approximately once per month

Job Description

Provide care management for hospice patients
Travel within a strict 75-mile radius

Required Qualifications

Current RN license
BLS Certification

Additional Information

Mileage reimbursement provided for necessary travel from office to patient home and back
Interviews conducted with unit manager
