Job Opportunity: Nuclear Med Tech - Nuclear Medicine

Location: Farmington, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel

Facility Overview

Level III trauma center with 198 beds
Services include medical, surgical, rehabilitation, childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology, pediatrics, inpatient behavioral health, day surgery, imaging, and lab testing
Advanced imaging equipment including GE 5 ring PET/CT, GE Hawkeye SPECT/CT, and upcoming GE 830 SPECT Camera
Electronic Health Record system: Cerner
Patient population includes cardiac, bone, and gallbladder cases

Position Details

Specialty: Nuclear Medicine / PET-CT
Role: ARRT (N) Certified Nuclear Med Tech
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Weekly Hours: 40 (no weekend hours)
Call Requirements: Yes
Float Requirements: Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT

Requirements

Years of Experience: 2 years in Nuclear Medicine (higher value taken)
Certifications:
- ARRT (N) certification required
- Nuclear Medicine – PET recommended
- New Mexico state license required
Education: Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program
Skills:
- IV access
- Post-processing procedures
