Job Description

Seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to join the Oncology team.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform core Radiation Therapist functions including scheduling, simulation, patient set-up, and treatment.
• Operate and demonstrate knowledge of all major department equipment.
• Deliver external beam treatments accurately and timely.
• Assess and address patient needs during treatment.
• Follow Radiation Safety procedures.
• Complete patient charts accurately and on time.
• Apply knowledge of standard and advanced treatment calculations and plans.
• Design and fabricate blocks efficiently and accurately.
• Perform simulation with high accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Use appropriate scripting, barriers, and patient identifiers as required.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program.
• ARRT registration in radiation therapy.
• AHA BLS certification.
