Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (Rehabilitation Therapy)

Job Description
Join the Rehabilitation team focused on evaluating and treating patients with injuries or conditions that have led to decreased physical mobility or functional independence. Services include:
- Orthopedic rehabilitation
- Neurological and stroke rehabilitation
- Balance and dizziness rehabilitation
- Chronic pain treatment through movement
The primary goal is to help patients return to function and community activities.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
- Ability to travel to multiple points of care
Experience Requirements
