Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist (Days)

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide Respiratory Care and Diagnostic Procedures for cardiopulmonary patients of all ages and acuity levels.
• Work 12-hour day shifts with rotating weekends. No on-call rotation.
• Must have excellent Critical Care and Ventilator skills.
• Must have Neonatal and Pediatric experience.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required; CRT not accepted.
• Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy Program as required by licensure.
• Valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license (DORA-RT).
• Current American Heart Association certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (all required).
• Flu vaccine required (no declinations allowed).

Additional Requirements

• Radius rule: Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
