Job Opportunity: PCU Tele RN

Location: Kearney, Nebraska
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Hospital in central Nebraska seeking PCU RNs for a 13-week contract.
• Travel RN will be required to float to Med Surg as needed.
• Facility primarily cares for many cardiac patients.
• Floating requirements:

  • Float to Med Surg as needed
  • Float to ICU for PCU patient status only

Required Qualifications

• Current Nebraska or multi-state compact RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• PCU/Tele experience required, including care of post-Cath Lab patients

Additional Information

• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend, if needed
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4
• Unit size: 21 beds
• Possibility of up to 2 extra shifts per 6 weeks
• Must be willing to float as described

Experience Requirements

• Specialty experience: PCU/Tele RN experience (years not explicitly stated, assume minimum 1 year based on specialty)
