Job Opportunity: Travel Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Salinas, California
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
Seeking a passionate and adaptable Travel Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA. The PT will:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Complete documentation according to facility standards.
- May be required to float to a sister facility within walking distance.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred; mentorship available for 0-1 years of experience
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Flexible and collaborative mindset
Schedule Preference
- Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday schedule preferred
Specialty Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Rehabilitation Therapy preferred (mentorship available for less experienced candidates)
