Job Opportunity: Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Salinas, California
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Seeking a passionate and adaptable Travel Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA. The PT will:

Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Complete documentation according to facility standards.
May be required to float to a sister facility within walking distance.

Required Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred; mentorship available for 0-1 years of experience
Strong documentation and time-management skills
Flexible and collaborative mindset

Schedule Preference

Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday schedule preferred

Specialty Experience Requirement

Minimum 1 year of experience in Rehabilitation Therapy preferred (mentorship available for less experienced candidates)
