Job Description

Seeking a well-rounded Surgical Technologist (CST) experienced in multiple OR service areas including:

• Neuro (craniotomy and back fusions)
• Orthopedic (total joints)
• Gynecology (C-section and hysterectomies)
• Robotics
• General Surgery (vascular and trauma)
• Urology

The facility is a Level III trauma center with state-of-the-art operating suites and a diverse patient population of all ages.

Position Details

• Role: Surgical Technologist (ST)
• Specialty: CST/ORT (Surgical Tech in Operating Room)
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with variable assigned call shifts
• Call Requirements: Yes
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Weekend Hours: Varies based on call shifts
• Float Requirements: Endoscopy
• Number of Openings: 1
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Equipment: Varied by OR specialty
• EHR System: Cerner

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist in the specialty areas listed
• Experience in trauma cases required
