Pros

Cassie Jo is an absolute ROCKSTAR. She is on top of everything, insanely quick to respond, always ready to remedy any confusion or errors, such an incredible nurse advocate—will go to bat for you in the blink of an eye—as organized as anything I’ve ever seen, and just genuinely kind, caring, and compassionate. I seriously cannot say enough incredible things about her. She is the best and I am so thankful for all of her help, guidance, knowledge, organization, reassurance, skill, and friendliness.

Cons

absolutely NOTHING.

About

Louisville is the largest city in Kentucky and the famous namesake of the Official Bat of Major League Baseball, the Louisville Slugger. It’s also well known as the host of the Kentucky Derby, the most prestigious American horse race. Many visitors note the city’s friendly hospitality, often called second to none. In fact, Louisville often ranks among the country's friendliest cities. It's where big-city amenities meet Southern charm with plenty of things to see and do. Take a stroll through Old Louisville, the third-largest National Preservation District in the U.S., ideal for lovers of architecture and history. Shopping is a treat, with everything from vintage to upscale shops and boutiques scattered throughout the city, and the dining scene is just as impressive and diverse.
