Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist (RFC or NFC)

Required Qualifications

• License: Valid Respiratory Therapist license for Oregon.
• Certifications:

  • BLS (American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel)
• Experience: Minimum years of experience not explicitly stated; assume standard for Respiratory Therapist roles.

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• License/Certificate verification dated within 30 days of start.
• Fit Test.
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (9 or 10 panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start, no THC).
• Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing (specialty exam completed within the last year).
• COVID-19 Vaccine (proof of booster by Sept 2025, declination or exemption accepted except in CA or IL).
• MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer).
• Hepatitis B vaccination series (at least first vaccination prior to start).
• Influenza Vaccine (proof or declination for 2024-2025 or 2025-2026 season; declination not accepted in CA or IL).
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB.
• Varicella (proof of vaccination or IgG titer).
• Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year confirming fitness to work).
• Trinity Code of Conduct Form.
• Trinity I9 form.
• Confidentiality and System Security Agreement.
• Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form.
• Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years, SSN verification).
• Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED).
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check.
• GSA/OIG exclusion check.
• Integrity and Audit Services Form.
• Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year.
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days.
• System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start).
• Trinity Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors).

Summary

This is a 13-week Respiratory Therapist contract position in Oregon requiring a valid RT license, BLS certification, and compliance with extensive onboarding and health screening requirements. Prior travel experience is not indicated as a requirement. Candidates must be prepared to complete all required documentation and screenings prior to start.
