Job Opportunity: Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide professional and clinical nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
- Work schedule: 36-40 hours per week, with billable overtime after 40 hours.
- Orientation schedule provided.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system used: EPIC.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license for Iowa.
- Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – required
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – required
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) – required
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission.
- License verification and copy of required certifications.
- Work history/resume and one supervisory reference required.
- Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility.
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are eligible to apply.
- Pay multipliers for overtime, holidays, call back, and on-call hours apply.
