Description
Job Opportunity: Therapist (Rehabilitation)
Location: Soldotna, Alaska
Employment Type: Contract Clinician
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Job Description
- Perform evaluations, patient treatments, and modalities
- Complete documentation and provide customer service
- Utilize equipment such as Meditech and typical therapy modalities
Schedule
- Monday to Friday with flexible scheduling available
- Required to work 3-4 weekends per year
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy (PT) program
- Valid Alaska PT license
- Active BLS certification (must be AHA)
- Experience with EPIC charting preferred
Orientation and Training
- General orientation, Planetree education, department orientation
- Competency expected within first 90 days
- Department mentor assigned
