Job Opportunity: RN - Neuro/Surgical ICU (Travel)

Location: Birmingham, Alabama
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

Specialty: Neuro/Surgical ICU
Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
Call Requirements: None
Float Requirements: Float as needed within scope, including facilities within a 25-mile radius

Unit Information

Number of Beds: 12
Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3
Equipment: Ventilators, Arterial lines, Central Venous Lines (CVLs)
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
Type of Patients: Neuro and Intensive Care

Required Qualifications

License: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Alabama
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Neuro and Surgical ICU
Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required

Dress Code: Navy scrubs mandatory
