Travel RN - CVOR
Location: Birmingham, Alabama
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Details
- Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
- Shift: Days (05:45 AM - 02:15 PM)
- Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed
- Call Requirements: Every other day and every other weekend (call only)
- Number of Openings: 1
- Patient Population: Adult
- Patient Ratios: 1:1
- Unit Beds: 2 designated CVOR rooms (part of a 24-bed OR)
- EMR System: Cerner SurgiNet
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience (highest required years of experience)
- Must have CVOR experience
- RN license appropriate for Alabama
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to scrub and circulate in the CVOR is a bonus
Additional Information
- Dress code requires navy blue scrubs and low-linting attire (no fleece, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoods, etc.)
- Facility is accredited and recognized for excellence in cardiovascular services
- Work environment includes a faith-based healthcare organization with a comprehensive range of medical services
