Job Opportunity: X-Ray Tech (Radiology / Cardiology)

Location: Marlton, New Jersey
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Must be able to float within 5 hospitals within skillset.
• First-time travelers accepted but not preferred.
• Olive or sage green scrubs required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Radiology / Cardiology specialty.
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Registered Radiologic Technologist (R) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• Operating Room (OR) training preferred.

Prior Travel Experience

• Prior travel experience is not required but preferred.

Certifications & Compliance Requirements

• Current ARRT R license.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC only) preferred.
• Must complete required background checks including 7-year criminal check.
• Drug screening: 10-panel drug screen without THC within 6 months of start, updated annually.
• Physical exam within last 12 months.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start.
• Required immunizations or titers: Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella.
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required annually.
• Fit mask test completed onsite during orientation.
• Visual acuity exam (20/40 or better).
• Required facility-specific documents and acknowledgments (e.g., orientation safety manual).
• Pass/Fail testing (Dysrhythmia challenge) may be required depending on unit assignment.

Additional Requirements

• Must submit Return to Office (RTO) documentation at time of submission; late submissions not accepted.
• Two professional references within last 2 years required.
• Employment application and skills checklist required and must be updated annually.
• Work history verification required for New Jersey candidates (minimum 1 year prior to start date).

Work Environment

• Floating between multiple hospital locations within the system may be required.

This position is ideal for Radiologic Technologists with at least 1 year of experience who are flexible and able to work across multiple hospital sites. Prior travel experience is a plus but not mandatory.
