Location: Waterloo, Iowa

Job Details
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday
- Shift: 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM (2000 hrs - 0600 hrs)
- Duration: Approximately 23 weeks
Required Qualifications
Licensure & Certifications
- Must hold a valid Radiology Technician license for Iowa.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
- Specialty-specific competency exam must be completed within the last year.
Experience
- Minimum years of experience in Radiology Technician specialty: Not explicitly stated (default to standard expectations for Radiology Tech roles).

Background & Compliance
- Federal, Nationwide, and County criminal background check covering last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start.
- Iowa-specific Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Registry checks required.
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) checks dated within 30 days of start.
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days of start.
- Trinity Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Confidentiality & Security Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Non-Employee Upload Form, System Access Form, and other Trinity Health compliance forms must be completed and signed as required.
Additional Requirements
- Resume, skills checklist (within the last year), and two professional references required for submission.
- Specialty-specific competency testing and skills checklist must be completed and submitted prior to onboarding.
- Trinity Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year required.
