Job Opportunity: RRT - Respiratory Therapy (Travel)

Location: Georgetown, Kentucky
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift: Weekend Nights
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: 36

Float Requirements: None
Patient Population: Med Surg and ICU
Unit Beds: 22 Med Surg, 6 ICU
Patient Ratios: 2 therapists
Equipment Used: V60 BiPAPs, GE Carescape ventilators
Electronic Health Record (EHR): Medhost
Dress Code: Black scrubs

Required Qualifications

Licensure: Respiratory Therapist (RT) License/Certification in Kentucky
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP (must have prior to start)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Respiratory Therapy specialty (RRT/CRT)
Skills: Experience with ventilators and BiPAP required
Personality Fit: Motivated, self-driven, proactive

Additional Information

Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel staff
Acute care hospital with 75 beds offering inpatient, outpatient, ICU, surgical, emergency, and diagnostic services
Facility mission focuses on providing high-quality care close to home
