Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist (Rehabilitation Therapy)

Location: Lebanon, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

Join the Rehabilitation team providing evaluation and treatment for patients experiencing declines in self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence. Services include:

  • Hand therapy
  • Upper extremity splinting
  • Wheelchair assessment
  • Home safety assessment
  • Cognitive therapy
  • Neurological therapy
  • Oncology rehabilitation

Therapists manage patient care from initial evaluation through discharge and collaborate closely with other healthcare team members. Treatment times are therapist-driven.


Required Qualifications

  • Current, unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license
  • Healthcare Provider BLS certification

Experience Requirements

  • Specialty: Rehabilitation Therapy
