Job Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med/Surg Acute/Inpatient Rehabilitation unit. The role involves providing care to adult and geriatric patients with orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputation, and traumatic brain injury conditions.

Unit Information

• Unit: Rehabilitation (2nd Floor)
• Number of Beds: 10
• Patient Ratios: 5:1
• Equipment: Omnicell
• EHR System: Meditech
• Shift: Day (7a – 7p) and Night (7p – 7a)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend (EOW) including Sat/Sun days and Fri/Sat nights
• Call Requirements: None
• Float Requirements: Occasional float to Med/Surg as needed

Required Qualifications

• License: Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington
• Certifications: BLS required; CCRN preferred but not required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience required
• Preferred Experience: Rehabilitation experience including documentation and GG scoring

Patient Population

• Adult and geriatric patients
• Orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputations, traumatic brain injuries

Work Environment & Culture

• Team-oriented and collaborative work environment
• Dress code: Scrubs of any color allowed

Additional Notes

• Must be located more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify as travel
• No call requirements
• Weekend shifts every other weekend
