Facility Setting: Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Reason for Opening: Replacement of permanent staff
Facility Size: 80 SNF beds, 42 LTACH beds
Work Schedule: Full Time
Floating Requirements: Yes, primarily SNF with some coverage at LTACH
EMR Systems Used: NetHealth, Wellsky, Point Click Care (PCC)
Dress Code: Scrubs, any color
Parking: On-site, free

Required Qualifications

License: Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Massachusetts
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
Prior Travel Experience: Not specified / not required

This is a travel assignment with a 13-week duration.
The position involves working in both LTACH and SNF settings with some floating between units.
