Travel RN - Psychiatry

Location: Springdale, Arkansas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide care to adult psychiatric patients using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care.
Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Shift: Nights (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend required.

Required Qualifications

Active Arkansas state RN license or multistate license.
BLS certification.
Minimum 1+ years of Behavioral Health RN experience.
CPI/SAMA certification preferred but can be completed at the facility if needed.
