Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Respiratory Unit (Night Shift)
Location: Zanesville, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Work primarily on the Respiratory unit (COVID patient admissions)
- Occasional float to various Med-Surg units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, ED/Med-Surg boarders
- 36 hours per week, night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Every other weekend required
- No call requirement
- Must be proficient in Epic EMR (no refresher or 1:1 training provided)
- Telemetry competency test on day one; failure results in termination
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 3 years of recent/current Telemetry and/or Stepdown nursing experience (must be able to read Telemetry)
- Epic EMR proficiency
Additional Information
- Facility may cancel up to 36 hours during the 13-week contract
- Telemetry competency and Epic proficiency are strictly enforced
