Job Opportunity: Echo Tech - Radiology

Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM with scheduled call nights and weekends
Unit: Echo
Start Date: ASAP
Facility Type: Full-service hospital, Level II Trauma Center, Level 1 ICU, Pediatric ICU, Behavioral Health Center

Unit Information

Largest medical facility in the region with 318 patient beds
Serves southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana
High acuity patients undergoing ultrasound testing for cardiac problems
Patient age range: neonatal to geriatric
Exposure to body fluids and blood is common
Fast-paced, stat procedures environment

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Echo Technologist, including experience within the last year
Experience as an Echo Technician
Proficient in Adult Echocardiography
Current certification: ARDMS or ARRT
Current BLS certification
Experience working with neonatal and geriatric patients

Additional Information

Dress code: Follow assigned unit dress code, maintain a professional image
On-call and weekend coverage required
