Location

• Camden, New Jersey
• Travel/Contract position
• Must be willing to float within 5 hospitals in the system (including ICU for downgraded PCU patients)
• Block scheduling NOT allowed

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Job Description

• Patient Care Unit (PCU) with a strong cardiac focus
• Patient ratio: 1:4
• Required to pass a Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing the contract (only 2 attempts allowed; must be taken on a PC, not iOS devices)
• Return to Office (RTO) documentation required at time of submission; no late RTO accepted
• Epic experience preferred
• End of Week (EOW) / End of Hour (EOH) documentation required
• First-time travelers accepted but not preferred

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
• Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience, with at least some experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Ability to float to ICU for PCU patients as needed
