Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts

Job Description

• Outpatient setting only
• Work schedule: 4 shifts per week, each 10 hours long
• Shifts start between 8:00 - 8:30 AM
• Shared housing provided at no cost

Required Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum years of experience: Not explicitly stated; assume standard for outpatient PT roles (confirm with recruiter if needed)

Required Credentials and Compliance

• Completion of FEMA ICS 100 Training (mandatory, no exceptions)

  • Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid)
• Education verification (highest level achieved)
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city & state
• References: 2 within 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in skillset
• Skills checklist (must be completed within 1 year of submission)
• Respirator Fit Test (N95) within 365 days of start date, updated annually (no exemptions)

Additional Information

• Must comply with all onboarding and credentialing requirements prior to start

• Housing agreement required if staying in provided housing
