Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 20 weeks
Job Description
- Outpatient setting only
- Work schedule: 4 shifts per week, each 10 hours long
- Shifts start between 8:00 - 8:30 AM
- Shared housing provided at no cost
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum years of experience: Not explicitly stated; assume standard for outpatient PT roles (confirm with recruiter if needed)

Required Credentials and Compliance
- Completion of FEMA ICS 100 Training (mandatory, no exceptions)

- Tdap vaccine (preferred)
- Criminal background checks including:
- MGB Criminal Background Check
- Massachusetts CORI check
- National Sex Offender Registry check
- Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid)
- Education verification (highest level achieved)
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city & state
- References: 2 within 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in skillset
- Skills checklist (must be completed within 1 year of submission)
- Respirator Fit Test (N95) within 365 days of start date, updated annually (no exemptions)
Additional Information
- Must comply with all onboarding and credentialing requirements prior to start
- No religious or medical exemptions allowed for vaccines or fit testing
- Housing agreement required if staying in provided housing
