Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Travel

Job Details

Outpatient setting only
Work schedule: 4 shifts per week, each 10 hours long
Shifts start between 8:00 - 8:30 AM
Shared housing provided at no cost

Contract Length

17 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Must meet all required professional and health credentialing, including but not limited to:
- License/certification verification (no conditional licenses accepted)
- Criminal background checks and CORI (Massachusetts)
- Health screenings and immunizations:
  - MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or immunity proof
  - Influenza vaccine (required during flu season)
  - TB test within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
  - Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 1 year
  - Other vaccinations strongly preferred: Hepatitis B, Tdap
- Respirator fit testing (N95) within 1 year of start date
Documentation of work experience and education required for submission
Completion of FEMA ICS 100 training required
