Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 20 weeks

Job Description

Outpatient setting only
Work schedule: 4 shifts per week, each 10 hours long
Shifts start between 8:00 - 8:30 AM
Shared housing provided at no cost

Required Qualifications

Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA preferred, Red Cross accepted)
Must meet all professional license verification requirements (no conditional licenses accepted)
Required immunizations and health screenings including:
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or proof of immunity
- Influenza vaccine (mandatory during flu season)
- TB screening within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
- Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity preferred
- Tdap vaccine preferred
Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 1 year of start date
Fit test for N95 respirator within 1 year of start date (no exemptions allowed)
Criminal background checks including Massachusetts CORI, SSN trace, national sex offender registry, and exclusion checks
Documentation of work experience and education for the past 7 years
Two professional references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher
Completion of FEMA ICS 100 training required
Other required onboarding forms and attestations as per facility policy
