Job Opportunity: RN (Registered Nurse) – Cardiac Cath Lab

Location: Houston, Texas
Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab


Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Work Schedule

  • Shifts available: 8, 10, or 12 hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
  • Call: 4-5 times per month, including 1 weekend per month

Facility & Environment

  • Very large, busy hospital with a 719-bed Level I Trauma center
  • 11 cardiac cath labs with 40-50 cases per day
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: Epic

Required Certifications & Qualifications

  • Current RN license
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification

Experience

  • Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab experience required (years of experience not explicitly stated; assume minimum 7 years based on typical expectations for this specialty)
