Job Opportunity: RN - Rehab (Travel)

Location: Muscle Shoals, Alabama
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Employment Type: Travel

Position Details

Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
Specialty: Rehab preferred but not required
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
Call Requirements: None
Number of Openings: 4

Unit: JW Sommer Rehab Unit
Number of Beds: 32
Patient Ratios: 1:7
Patient Population: Geriatric and adult
Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Strokes, multiple trauma, orthopedic/neuro cases

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Alabama
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care experience within the last year
Experience working with Geriatric patients
Experience working with Adult patients
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
IV therapy experience
Blood transfusions experience
Wound care experience

Additional Information

Dress Code: Scrubs in navy or royal blue
Float Requirements: Not specified
Call: No call required
