Job Opportunity: Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)

Location: Prescott, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Specialty: Radiology (General Diagnostic Radiology)
Department: Radiology Tech
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Duties & Equipment

Perform general X-Ray and Orthopedic imaging
Average 30-80 scans/studies per day
Use of EMR/PACS systems: Change Healthcare / Cerner
Department equipment: Carestream Ascend
No IV starts required
No Registered Radiology Assistants (RRA) or in-house Radiologist

Required Qualifications

Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
Arizona DHS Bureau of Special Licensing CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist)
BLS Certification
Experience in General Diagnostic Radiology

Additional Information

Department has 1 scanner/room
Dress code: Black scrubs (provided)

Additionally, dealing with Host Healthcare has been a seamless experience from compliance and onboarding.

Cons

Generally speaking, Host Healthcare doesn't always have the highest rate on the market. Having gone with competing agencies in the past, I have often been disappointed and unsupported and ultimately found it wasn't worth the small pay bump
