Description

Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist (Temp, Nights)

Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Temporary

Job Description

Provide patient care activities in critical care areas including adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care.
Work under the supervision of the RT Supervisor and Cardiopulmonary Manager.
Train Respiratory Therapist personnel in critical care areas.

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

At least 6 months of Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) experience.
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) license required.
Required certifications must be submitted one week prior to starting.

Additional Information

Unable to accommodate blocked scheduling.
Orientation for Allied and Therapy Travelers starts on Tuesdays.
On-call pay is provided with a minimum of 1 hour.
Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a reduced rate.
Non-compete policy: Former direct employees are not eligible to return through an agency until 6 months after direct employment ends.

Generally speaking, Host Healthcare doesn't always have the highest rate on the market. Having gone with competing agencies in the past, I have often been disappointed and unsupported and ultimately found it wasn't worth the small pay bump
