Job Opportunity: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech - Cardiac Cath Lab
Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 4/10's (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
On Call: 9-10 shifts per month and 1 weekend
Job Description
- Position for a Cardio-Vascular Radiological Technologist with Cath Lab experience.
- Duties include scrubbing and monitoring during procedures.
- Must use sterile technique and have experience scrubbing cath lab procedures such as angiogram, PCI, complex cases (CTO, L main, PFO, device implant, PE thrombectomy, IR cases, Peripheral).
- Structural Heart experience preferred but not required.
- STEMI coverage required.
- Use of Impella and IABP devices expected.
- Monitoring and recording on MacLab; training on MacLab use will be provided.
- Responsible for knowledge of products and restocking rooms.
- Scrub color: Any solid color.
- EMR system used: Cerner.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year.
- ARRT certification required.
- Proficient in sterile technique.
