Job Summary

• Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans; monitor, record, and communicate patient condition.
• Coordinate care across all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.
• Follow Standard Precautions and use personal protective equipment as required.

Required Qualifications

• License: Current RN license in Oklahoma, with Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
• Certifications: BLS (must be AHA certified).

Health and Immunization Requirements

• MMR: Proof of two vaccines or positive IGG titer; no declinations accepted.
• Hepatitis B: Documentation of vaccination series completion or signed declination.
• Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season; exemptions accepted with mask requirement.
• Varicella: Proof of immunity or two doses of vaccine; no declinations accepted.
• Tdap: Valid within 10 years; no declinations accepted.
• TB Testing: Positive IGRA or PPD results, negative chest X-ray within one year, and annual TB questionnaire.
• Fit Test: Required annually; preferred prior to start.
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA within required timeframes.
• Health Statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually.

Background and Verification Requirements

• Criminal Background Check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry (within 30 days of assignment).
• EPLS check within 90 days of start.
• Education Verification within 90 days of start.
• Employment Verification for past 7 years.
• Professional References: At least two qualifying references prior to first assignment.
• Drug Screen: 12 panel urine drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually.

• Valid Driver’s License or State ID (must match address requirements).
• Resume/Profile submission.
• Confirmation of Assignment documentation.
