Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Surgery
Location: Arlington, Texas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Unit Information
- Unit: Operating Room
- Number of Beds: 10 ORs
- Shifts: Call between 4-6 shifts per month
- Shift Needs: Day and Night RNs and Techs
- Patient Ratios and Equipment: Not specified
- EMR system: Not specified
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience within the last year
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- HHCCA - De-escalation Skills - Healthcare Setting
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Preferred Qualifications
- CSTs must be certified with ortho and trauma experience (if applicable)
Additional Information
- Weekend and on-call shifts may be required
- Dress code: Scrubs (specific color/attire not specified)
- Unit policies and guidelines apply
