Job Opportunity: RN - Med Surg (Travel)

Location: Hot Springs, Arkansas
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

Specialty: Med/Surg, Orthopedics
Shift: 12-hour shifts
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
Weekend Hours: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Float Requirements: Yes
Patient Ratio: 1:6
Number of Beds: 40
Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: Meditech
Dress Code: Navy scrubs

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Arkansas
Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience within the last year
Experience in Orthopedics
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

Position is travel assignment; candidate must be located more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify as travel.
Unit includes Cardiovascular ICU and expanded cardiac rehab and outpatient therapy departments.
Patient population primarily adult medical-surgical and orthopedic patients.

This role is suitable for experienced Med/Surg RNs seeking a travel assignment with a 13-week contract in a hospital setting using Meditech EHR.
