Job Opportunity: PT Inpatient Rehab (Therapy/Rehabilitation)

Location: Sumter, South Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5 shifts of 8 hours each
• Setting: Inpatient acute care
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in specialty (acute care experience required; rehabilitation hospital experience preferred)
• Additional Skills: Lifting and transfer skillset required
• Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted (prior travel experience NOT required)
• Uniform: Teal scrub color

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in South Carolina
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, with experience within the last year
• Proficient in patient lifting and transfer skills

Additional Information

• Background checks and verifications must be current and compliant with facility policies
• Fingerprinting may be required depending on prior residency and work locations
• Candidates must carry a valid driver's license for computer access setup
• Facility is latex-free; candidates with latex allergies are acceptable
• Respirator fit testing will be completed onsite during orientation
• Candidates must adhere to floating policy and contractor acknowledgment agreements
• Testing and orientation modules are time-sensitive and must be completed as instructed to avoid cancellation

This position is suitable for physical therapists with at least 1 year of acute care experience who are open to travel assignments and working in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. First-time travel therapists are welcome to apply.
