Description
Job Opportunity: MRI Technologist (Travel)
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Required Qualifications
- Current MRI Technologist license valid in Tennessee
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be AHA)
- Completion of HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA training within the past year (updated every 3 years) with a minimum passing score of 80%
- Documentation of vaccination and health requirements including:
- Two MMR vaccines or positive IGG titer (no declinations accepted)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination
- Influenza vaccine (seasonal, exemptions accepted with mask requirement)
- Two Varicella vaccines or serological evidence of immunity (no declinations accepted)
- Tdap vaccine valid within 10 years (no declinations accepted)
- TB screening: Positive IGRA or PPD results, negative chest X-ray within one year, and annual TB questionnaire
- Fit test for respiratory protection (preferred prior to start)
- Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
- Drug screening: 12 panel urine drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
- Verification of education relevant to MRI Technologist role within 90 days prior to start
- Professional references: at least two qualifying references prior to first assignment
- Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry, and other required screenings within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
- Employment verification for the past seven years
- Skills checklist for MRI Technologist completed within one year prior to start and updated annually
- Driver’s license or state ID (must be valid and match address requirements)
