Description
Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Assignment
Location: Manchester, New Hampshire
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Job Details
- Shift: Start between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, end between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM
- Schedule: Monday through Friday with 1 weekend shift per month (weekend shifts are self-selected)
- Patient Population: Acute care patients including higher volumes of cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic cases
- Unit: Inpatient Physical Therapy
- Patient Ratios: Approximately 10 patients per 8-hour day
- Equipment: Basic rehab equipment, portable parallel bars, portable stairs, Sara Stedy, ceiling lifts, Hoyer lifts
- Documentation System: Sunrise Allscripts
- Floating Policy: Covers all inpatient units and Emergency Department; NICU patients not covered
- Daily Assignments: Therapists typically assigned to 1-2 floors
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, including experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
