Description
Job Opportunity: Radiology Technician (Travel)
Location: Davenport, Iowa
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Schedule
- Dayshift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Every Other Weekend (EOW) and Holiday Rotation
Required Qualifications
- License: Must hold a valid Radiology Technician license appropriate for Iowa.
- Certifications:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technician (defaulting to higher requirement if discrepancies exist)
- Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required

- Fit Test
- 10 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)
- Specialty Specific Competency Testing completed within the last year
- Color Vision test

- MMR vaccination proof or immunity
- Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start
- Influenza vaccine or approved exemption (for 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 seasons)
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test
- Varicella vaccination proof or immunity
- Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (within last year)
- Trinity Code of Conduct Form
- Trinity I9 form
- Confidentiality and Information Security Agreement
- Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Non-Employee Upload Form
- Profile including resume, skills checklist (within last year), and 2 professional references
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
- Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years) dated within 30 days of start
- Education Verification (highest level of academic education)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
- GSA/OIG exclusion check dated within 30 days
- Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam) within the last year
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days

- Iowa-specific Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training
