Job Details

• Shift: 7 PM to 7:30 AM, every other week (EOW/EOH)
• Must be willing to float between multiple hospital locations
• Specialty: Medical/Surgical/Telemetry

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Iowa
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• American Heart Association ACLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Current specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year
• Fit test completed and current
• Drug screening: 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)
• COVID-19 vaccination proof or approved exemption (valid through October 2026)
• MMR vaccination or immunity proof
• Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start (titers not accepted)
• Influenza vaccine or approved exemption for current flu season
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test current as required
• Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
• Physical/Health statement confirming fitness to work within the last year
• Tdap vaccination or approved declination (if no pediatric interaction)

Additional Requirements

• Background checks including federal, nationwide, county criminal (last 7 years), sex offender, dependent adult & child abuse registries, and state-specific checks completed within 30 days prior to start
• Verification of license/certification within 30 days of start (including NURSYS verification for RNs)
• Completion of various professional forms and agreements related to confidentiality, code of conduct, conflict of interest, and integrity/audit services
• Trinity Health system-specific onboarding forms and screenings
• Resume and skills checklist within the last year, plus two professional references
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
