Job Opportunity: Vascular Ultrasound Technician (Travel)
Location: Muskegon, Michigan
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Work Schedule
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM every day
- Every fourth Saturday and Sunday

Required Qualifications
- Valid license/certification for Ultrasound Technician in Michigan
- American Heart Association BLS certification (current, with front and back of card)
- Specialty exam completed within the last year
- Skills checklist completed within the last year
- Physical/Health Statement from exam within the last year
- Respirator evaluation with physician signature (on-site completion for Muskegon location)
- Proof of required vaccinations and immunizations, including:
- COVID-19 vaccine (booster required by Sept 2025, with declination/exemption documentation if applicable)
- MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series (titers not accepted)
- Influenza vaccine (seasonal, with proof or declination)
- Varicella (proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer)
- Tdap (current, non-expired; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive (within last year for Michigan)
- Drug screening: 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)
- Criminal background check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years, including SSN verification) dated within 30 days of start
- Education verification (highest level of academic education verified)
- Exclusion screenings (EPLS, OIG/GSA, NSO) dated within 30 days of start
- Trinity-specific professional forms and agreements (confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, integrity and audit services)
- System access form completed one week before start
- Color vision test
- Trinity Joint Commission Testing (CORE exam within a year)
