Description

Job Opportunity: MRI Tech (Night Shift)

Location: Zanesville, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Work Schedule: 36 hours per week, consisting of three 12-hour shifts
Shift Times: Mix of 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM - 4:00 AM
Weekend Work: Every 6th weekend worked (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) plus weekend call every 12 weeks
Float: Rarely may float to a nearby facility across the street
Equipment Experience Required: Siemens and GE MRI equipment, Epic EMR, Fuji Synapse

Required Qualifications

Specialty: MRI Tech (Diagnostic Imaging)
Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of MRI experience
Certifications: ARRT (MR) and BLS
License: Ohio license required if Rad Tech by degree

Additional Information

Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours during the 13-week contract; these hours may not be limited to 12-hour shifts
All requested time off must be disclosed at submission and included in the confirmation to be honored

Cons

Generally speaking, Host Healthcare doesn't always have the highest rate on the market. Having gone with competing agencies in the past, I have often been disappointed and unsupported and ultimately found it wasn't worth the small pay bump
