Location: Bismarck, North Dakota

Job Details
- Unit: Medical-Surgical Float (Unit 6046)
- Bed Count: 61 combined beds
- Patient Types:
- Surgical patients (total joints, fractures, bariatric, urology, general surgery)
- Medical patients (CHF, CVA, shortness of breath, diabetic issues)
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratios:
- Day shift: 1:5
- Night shift: 1:6
- Nurse Aide Ratio: 1:15
- Respiratory Therapy Equipment: CPAP, BiPAP, high-flow oxygen
- Telemetry: Yes, monitored by techs; RNs confirm readings
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
- Call/Standby: Yes, with LCD (likely a device or system for communication)
- Floating: Required (float to other units as needed)
- Dress Code: Any scrub color allowed
