Description
Job Opportunity: National X-Ray Technologist
Location: Pontiac, Michigan
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- License: Valid and current X-Ray Technologist license for Michigan (license verification must be dated within 30 days of start)
- Certifications:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association required
- Experience:
- Specialty: X-Ray Technologist (years of experience not explicitly stated; assume standard for role)
- Prior Travel Experience: Not specified or required
Health & Immunization Requirements
- COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster by Sept 2025) or approved exemption/declination (declination not accepted for CA or IL)
- MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab report
- Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start (titers not accepted)
- Influenza Vaccine: Proof of vaccine, declination, or exemption (declination not accepted for CA or IL) for current flu season
- Varicella: Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab report
- Tdap: Current, non-expired vaccine required; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) for TB screening; positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year for Michigan
- Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work
- Trinity Color Vision test
Screening & Background Checks
- Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start; no THC)
- Federal, Nationwide, County Criminal Background Check (last 7 years, dated within 30 days of start)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
- OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check dated within 30 days
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including statewide for Michigan
- Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma verified)
- Trinity Code of Conduct Form signed
- Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form signed
- Trinity Confidentiality and Security Agreement signed
- Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form signed prior to start
- Trinity System Access Form completed and uploaded one week before start
Competency & Testing
- Trinity Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
- Specialty Specific Competency Testing (specialty exam completed within the last year)
- Trinity Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
Additional Notes
- Must complete Trinity Profile submission including resume, skills checklist (within one year), and 2 professional references
- Respirator Evaluation with physician signature required
