Description
Job Opportunity: Speech Language Pathologist, Pediatric SLP (Interim to Perm)
Location: Grand Junction, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract (4 weeks interim, potential to transition to permanent)
Work Setting: In-person / Onsite
Job Description
- Conduct speech and language assessments for children and adults ages birth to 21.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results.
- Provide speech and language therapy services in one-on-one or group settings.
- Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.
- Maintain detailed patient records and document progress.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development.
Contract Length
- 4 weeks (interim position with possibility to transition to permanent based on mutual agreement).
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Colorado state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy.
